On July 22-24th 2011 The Orchestra of St Paul's & Iris Theatre presented:
Johann Strauss II's 'Die Fledermaus'
Directed by Mel Cook & Conducted by Ben Palmer





 

In summer 2011, Iris Theatre & The Orchestra of St Paul's presented an exciting site-specific production of Johann Strauss II's delicious Viennese farce 'Die Fledermaus' at St Paul’s Church, Covent Garden, and then on tour to Devon as part of the Budleigh Salterton Music Festival. Strauss's operetta is brimming with beautiful music and this new staged production by Iris Theatre featured a stellar cast of young singers and the Orchestra of St Paul's under the baton of Ben Palmer.
