Acrobatic Improvisation – Every Tuesday
Subsidised weekly classes
This weekly drop-in class is open to people of all levels of experience. The only requirement is a basic level of physical fitness. Choreographer and acrobat Elissavet Aravidou will teach simple floor acrobatics leading to acrobatic-contact improvisation. The classes will build your general muscle strength through acrobatics exercises. Participants will work towards mastering the core techniques of acrobatics; to be implemented in acrobatic improvisation and acrobatics synthesis between more than two people.
